Nathalie Lorrain

Nathalie Lorrain has been Academic Director of the Master in Intercultural Management at ISIT Paris Panthéon Sorbonne since February 2021. For nearly 10 years, she has taught courses on intercultural themes at ISIT: intercultural fundamentals, critical approaches of the theory of interculturalism, practical approaches of cross-cultural management and cross-cultural case studies.

For over 25 years, she has been helping corporate and organizational staff to develop their intercultural skills, as Director of a consulting and training company in intercultural communication and management: Itinéraires Interculturels, which she founded in 1997. The company is a pioneer in this field in France.

Nathalie has co-written 10 books on intercultural communication and management, published by AFNOR Editions. Titles include ” Communicating with Brazilians”, “Communicating with Japanese”, “Communicating and cooperating with Scandinavians”, etc. Since 2018, she has been contributing to the monthly magazine Management, writing a column: « View from abroad ». She has also published in Forbes magazine.

Nathalie is recognised in France as the expert in cross-cultural management.
