Strategica 2026 welcomes submissions aligned with its three thematic pillars: economic systems, socio-economic alternatives, and organizational performance.
- Economic systems & institutional evolution. Institutions, policies, markets, and organizational governance in transforming economies
- Social & economic alternatives. Emerging models for social wellbeing, sustainability, and inclusive
development. - Technology, markets & organizational performance. Digital transformation, market behavior, knowledge systems, and performance drivers
Contributions addressing human dynamics – leadership, work practices, well-being, ethics, and stakeholder engagement – are welcome across all three pillars.
Submission process:
Extended abstract submission. Authors submit an extended abstract summarizing objectives, theory, method, and expected contributions (1000-2000 words). Deadline: 15 June 2026
Notification of acceptance. Authors receive confirmation and are invited to present at the conference.
5 July 2026
The payment proof shall be sent by October 15, 2026.
Full paper submission. Full papers are invited for publication and submitted after the conference, allowing authors to incorporate the conference peers’ feedback. Deadline: 15 November 2026
Proceedings opportunities
Strategica 2026 offers several publication avenues for high-quality contributions:
a) Proceedings volume. A curated selection of accepted full papers will be published in a prestigious publishing house, ensuring visibility and academic impact. The volume will undergo a rigorous editorial process coordinated by an international scientific committee, guaranteeing high scholarly standards.
b) Invitations to associated journals. Outstanding papers may be invited for submission to associated academic journals indexed in international databases, including: Management Dynamics in the Knowledge Economy, Modern Management Systems, Culture. Society. Economy. Politics.
Publication in the journals remains subject to each journal’s independent peer-review process.
Authors of extended abstracts will only be able to present their work at the conference after passing a double-blind peer review process, after author registration, and after conference fee payment. Their work is not subject to publication.
All authors who present their submitted work at the conference receive an attendance certificate.

- Academics: 300 EUR / 1500 RON
- PhD & Post-doc students: 150 EUR / 750 RON
- Supplementary paper: 75 EUR / 370 RON

Discounts are not cumulative. Authors may use the highest discount available. Paid fees are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.
The conference fee covers participation in all sessions, the publication of one paper (full paper
or extended abstract, depending on submission type), and, for on-site attendees, meals and coffee
breaks during the event.
At least one author per accepted paper must register and attend the conference for the paper
to be included in the proceedings. Only the full papers presented during the sessions and accepted will be published in the conference volume.
An author who submits more than one full paper/ extended abstract (as single author or as a co-author with the same team of co-authors) needs to pay the supplementary paper fee. If a person co-authors a full paper/ extended abstract with a different team, then they need to pay the full fee for the second entry as well. A person may submit as single author or co-author maximum two full papers/ extended abstracts or one full paper/ one extended abstract.
