Track Human Resource Development

In this track, we welcome submissions from authors that relate to the Conference Team,
namely “Transforming economic and organizational models” and are rooted in Human
Resources Development Science. Specific topics include learning, education, training, skills,
leadership, engagement, and commitment, among others. We welcome theoretical pieces, as well
as practical cases, including literature reviews and action research. We also welcome pieces
related to individuals, organizations, sectors, regions, countries, or the international dimension
of HRD. The abstracts and papers must be written and presented in English.
