Track Intelligent and innovative organisations and communities

The sustainable future of societal growth and prosperity relies on rethinking intelligent and innovation-driven communities and organizations advancing to drive knowledge-driven, technology-enabled, human-centered, hybrid workplaces and intelligence-led processes and solutions for value creation. Digital as well as intelligent transformation processes enable collaboration-led and knowledge-driven smart communities and organizations to go to social innovation and achieve sustainable shared value within digital and social ecosystems. Intelligent and innovative organizations and communities are rethinking smart, sustainable human resource management practices and policies, dealing with crisis and emergency management. Intelligent communities and organizations shape the future and contribute to innovation, developing artificial and human intelligence to drive intelligence(s) as an asset and competence for organizational development, value, and knowledge creation and management towards sustainability. The track aims at welcoming theoretical and empirical studies and research, opening the debate on theoretical and empirical studies that focus on intelligent, sustainable, and post-Anthropocene organizations and communities dealing with knowledge management and innovation.
