Track Resilience and Digital Marketing in the AI Era

The track “Resilience and Digital Marketing in the AI Era” explores how organizations, brands, and societies adapt to increasingly volatile technological, economic, and social environments shaped by artificial intelligence and accelerated digital transformation. As AI redefines consumer behavior, communication ecosystems, decision-making processes, and competitive dynamics, resilience becomes a critical capability for both organizations and individuals. This track invites contributions that examine how digital marketing strategies evolve in response to uncertainty, technological disruption, algorithmic dependence, platformization, and changing consumer expectations in the AI-driven economy.

We welcome conceptual, empirical, and interdisciplinary research addressing topics such as AI-powered marketing, consumer trust in automated systems, digital resilience, ethical and sustainable communication, adaptive branding strategies, crisis communication in digital environments, data-driven personalization, and the future of human creativity in marketing ecosystems increasingly influenced by artificial intelligence. The track particularly encourages critical perspectives that move beyond technological enthusiasm to explore the tensions, risks, governance challenges, and strategic adaptations emerging at the intersection of resilience, digitalization, and AI.
