Family firms are navigating a profound generational and societal shift, as new leadership models, gender dynamics, and evolving family roles reshape governance, innovation, and long-term strategic vision. This track explores how gender equity, inclusive leadership, and next‑gen perspectives transform decision‑making, succession, professionalization, and global competitiveness in family enterprises.
We welcome cutting-edge research on topics such as women’s ascendancy to leadership in family firms, gendered power structures, inclusive governance, daughters as next‑gen successors, gender and socioemotional wealth, transformational leadership in entrepreneurial families, professionalization and diversity, identity transitions across generations, and innovative methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, text mining, and AI‑assisted approaches). Submissions bridging theory with practice, or providing emerging cross‑cultural insights, are particularly encouraged.
