Digital transformation continues to redefine how organizations create value, interact with stakeholders, and respond to increasingly complex and volatile environments. Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, automation, digital platforms, immersive technologies, and intelligent systems are reshaping business models, organizational processes, innovation ecosystems, and managerial decision-making. At the same time, the accelerated pace of technological change raises important questions regarding adaptability, governance, sustainability, ethics, resilience, and the future of work.
This track welcomes theoretical, empirical, and interdisciplinary contributions exploring innovation dynamics in the digital era across organizations, industries, markets, and institutional contexts. We encourage submissions examining how digital technologies influence strategic management, entrepreneurship, organizational transformation, consumer behavior, knowledge creation, public governance, and socio-economic development. Contributions may address both opportunities and risks associated with digital innovation, with particular attention to long-term organizational performance and responsible transformation.
